Mole Poblano with Chocolate 235 g by Dona Maria

Mole, a prehepatic gift for connoisseurs and one of Mexico's national dishes. The dark brown sauce is usually made with over 30 ingredients such as chili peppers, nuts, spices, vegetables, chocolate and many other ingredients. The enigmatic and all-around delicious sauce is tedious and time-consuming to prepare. One of the original Moles was made in Puebla, Mexico. The Mole is thick and chocolatey in taste! Thankfully, Doña Maria did all the heavy lifting for us and presents this ready-to-serve Mole Poblano. This paste is perfect to reheat at home and pour over your favorite poultry and serve with a side of red rice for one of the most authentic Mexican dishes ever.
