Mexican sauces - you can't eat Mexican food without  tasty sauces! There is no authentic meal without a Mexican salsa, and that's why there is so much variety. 

The base of a salsa is usually tomato or green tomato, the flavor is provided by chiles and different Mexican spices and herbs. A sauce doesn't have to be spicy, there are mild chiles too! So there are sauces for every palate, and we can all enjoy authentic Mexican food.
