Chocolate Mayordomo 500 g, fine gourmet drinking chocolate. Traditional production from Oaxaca. Can be prepared with water or milk.

This special chocolate consists exclusively of 4 ingredients: sugar, roasted cocoa beans, almonds and cinnamon. The ingredients are ground and mixed and then pressed into chocolate bars. Simply let the chocolate melt in hot water or milk and stir it with a traditional molinillo (a kind of whisk made of wood) until frothy. So delicious! Very popular for the Dia de los Muertos, the day of the dead. If you want to do the same as the Aztecs and Maya, add a little chilli and let yourself be inspired by this unique spicy-sweet taste experience!
