Chili Guajillo Seco LAS CATRINAS 80 g

Dried Guajillo Chili LAS CATRINAS 80 g, whole dried pods. Ideal for salsas and as a base for sauces in many Mexican recipes. Guajillo is the dried form of the mirasol chili and has a fruity flavour with medium heat. Grinding the seeds, for example in a molcajete, creates a fine sauce for tamales. Red pozole also uses guajillo chili, and chilaquiles taste delicious with guajillo in the sauce.
