Shipping and Payment Terms

Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and within EU countries.  Other non-EU countries can be found in the zones below.

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

Prepayment, PayPal, credit card.

For deliveries outside Germany you have the following payment options:

Prepayment, PayPal, credit card. During the checkout process, you can choose one of these payment methods. If you have a discount code, you can use it in the shopping cart or in the last step of the checkout process.

We reserve the right in individual cases to carry out the delivery only against pre-payment via bank transfer.
The shipment for orders placed by prepayment (Vorkasse) is made until the payment is reflected in our system (2 to 3 days approximately).
Please understand, for orders under € 10.00, we have to charge you a minimum quantity surcharge of € 5.00.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged at the conclusion of the contract.

Purpose for transfers:

Your order number (you will receive this via email as soon as you have placed your order)

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 2-3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
