Sugar cones - Piloncillo approx. 235 g by La Catrinas
A type of sugar made from pure, unrefined sugar cane juice. The juice is boiled and the resulting mass is pressed into various shapes. With us you get small cylinder-like "sugar cones". Panela tastes similar to brown sugar and can be used in the same way.
The small cylinders usually weigh around 30 g, the larger ones around 220 g
