Achiote paste La Anita 110 g

This is a special paste. It is obtained from the seeds of the capsules of the annatto bush and is a traditional spice of the Mayan culture. A very special and authentic delicacy as a marinade for meat, fish and poultry. Such as "Cochinita Pibil", easy to prepare yourself. 100 g is enough for approx. 3 kg of meat. Without synthetic colouring.

Achiote paste is the key to iconic dishes like cochinita pibil and pastor meat for tacos. The paste is made from annatto seeds, herbs, spices and vinegar. Achiote is perfect for adding color and flavor to any marinade. Use it on your favorite beef, pork or poultry for the ideal meat flavor.
