Mole, ein prähepatisches Geschenk für kulinarische Genießer und eines der Nationalgerichte Mexikos. Die dunkelbraune Sauce wird normalerweise aus über 30 Zutaten wie Chilischoten, Nüssen, Gewürzen, Gemüse, Schokolade und vielen anderen Zutaten hergestellt. Die rätselhafte und rundum köstliche Sauce ist mühsam und zeitaufwendig zum zuzubereiten. Zum Glück hat Doña Maria die ganze Schwerstarbeit für uns erledigt und präsentiert diese verzehrfertige nussigen Mole.
